Falkensee via Tegeler See
Going west around Tegeler See and through the amazing Spandauer forest
Description
This route takes us in ± 45 km from our meeting point in Berlin's centre, around Tegeler See and throught the Spandauer Forest, to Faklkensee and the station of Falkenhagen. We take the most car(e)free routes out of the city, along lakes, forests, rivers and some beautiful stretches of the Mauerweg (following the course of the Berlin Wall). With a lunch break on the way, we'll arrive at Falkenhagen station around 16:00, where the tour officially ends. From here you can travel back with your bike by S/U-bahn or train, or bike back for another ± 30 km. We'd like to offer this tour on a sliding scale, so that everyone can join: The normal contribution is 25 euro, but depending on your financial situation, we provide the option of contributing either 35 or 15 euro as well. If any of this is too much of a financial burden for you to join, please reach out and we can look for a solution together.
